1.Spend time with your parents or close friends :
When you spend time with the people who loves you the most like your parents and close friends you realise that there are other people in the world to whom your presence make a lot of difference.. for example consider your parents,,they love you more than anyone in this world...they are like one side lovers... loving you without any expectations from you....so without taking any big decisions after your break up think about your parents.
2. Make yourself busy :
Engage yourself in various activities....so that you don't have time to think about anyone unnecessarily and to make yourself uncomfortable.
3. Practice a hobby :
You may have a hobby in your childhood and may be in past...like drawing, writing poems, dancing, playing an instrument...like a hobby which is like food to your soul.. practice those hobbies daily so that which makes you feel asthetic...
4. Set up a goal :
Use your pain as motivation.....no other thing motivates you than your pain... because it is embedded in your heart...
5. Don't text your ex. :
Don't text your ex. Unless if it is very important...keep yourself away from him....this step is very difficult when we put into practice and also has its benefits in a long run.
6. Delete all memories from your phone :
Delete all his/her memories like photos, videos, contact from your mobile... because it reminds you of him on looking at them.
7. Go to a therapist :
If you are at the stages of undergoing into depression,then you definitely have to look for a therapist..... don't get offended....it's your life and future...there nothing to deal with what people are thinking about you..if you go near a therapist.....Get a therapy can help you in fighting with your depression...
People shouldn't get depressed on their breakup everything happens for a reason....you should always hope for the best....every person comes to your life teach you a lesson.....learn from your experiences....there's a amazing life even after a break up...make sure to remember that......
Love is just a part of your life...so as your breakup...... don't let it to destroy you instead let it allure you.......
