How to write a perfect article 2020

• Every person has to write about something in their life...likewise students should write their answers in exam paper, employees should prepare their presentations.....in a single word....writing is an art....not everybody can master  it...they may commit some of the mistakes....neverthless you can write a perfect article if you have a  plan on how to start and finish an article....

Research :

All have to do is a ground research work on the topic you are writing....

  If you are participating in any eassy writing competition then make sure you spend at least 2 days for research.

If you are writing an answer for a question in exam paper...then you should have a deep concept of the topic..

Introduction:

 Always start your answer with an introduction..and label it as 'Introduction', so that the person who is correcting your answer will know that you have written a introduction at first and the actual answer is written after it.

The introduction should not exceed more than 6-7 lines...because you should not show the full movie in the trailer itself.

Body of the article :

The body of the article comprises of three paragraphs...each paragraph has its context differing with each other...

Paragraph 1

 In First paragraph of the body you should write about the advantages regarding the topic or if any soft corners of the topic.

Paragraph 2

Second paragraph is actually is opposite to the first paragraph. You should write any disadvantages or negative points regarding  the topic.

Paragraph 3 

This paragraph is the heart of the article.It is called  crunch of the answer.

In this paragraph you should explain our point of view, our thoughts, ideas, implementation ways regarding the topic.

The reader would be impressed if your crunch will be creative, original.there should not be any plagiarism performed.

Conclusion :

A perfect article should comprise of a conclusion.

The conclusion should be a summary of your total article, and it should be in a hopeful manner...


If you are writing by hand then avoid cursive hand writing, use simple writing to make it easy to understand..if you are writing on a keyboard, then use fonts like Arial, times new roman,which make it look formal.

These are the steps to write a perfect and well-designed article...but always remember how much planned you may write the article but if you don't have a strong content it will not be much effective...content always wins..so make sure to have a great content....
